At Tobermory Distillery, we strive for perfection in every bottle, but if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we are committed to making it right. Please note that due to the nature of our spirits and food products, we can only accept returns on items that are unopened and in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Email our customer service team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.

  Verification and Approval

  If your item is damaged, please attach clear photographs of the packaging and bottle to your email for our quality control team to review.

  Secure Packaging

  Once your return is authorized, carefully repack the item in its original shipping container to ensure it reaches our distillery safely.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After we receive and inspect your return, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
