Where do you ship your whiskies and gins?
We currently offer shipping across the United Kingdom and to select international destinations. Please note that shipping restrictions on alcohol vary by country; specific availability and rates are calculated at checkout.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard UK delivery typically takes 3-5 working days. For international orders, delivery times can range from 7-14 working days depending on customs processing in the destination country.
Can I track my delivery?
Yes, once your order has been dispatched from the distillery, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel's progress.
What is your return policy for damaged items?
If your bottle arrives damaged or leaked during transit, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
Do you offer distillery tours or tastings?
Yes, we offer a range of experiences at our home on the Isle of Mull. You can book distillery tours and guided tastings directly through our 'Visit Us' page on the website.
Are your spirits suitable for vegans?
Most of our Tobermory and Ledaig whiskies are vegan-friendly as we do not use animal-derived fining agents. However, we recommend checking the specific product description for any limited edition releases that may differ.
